If an account has been created for you, and you no longer wish to use our services, you may delete your account, download your stored data, and request any physical documents be returned to you.
This will remove you from our system, remove you from our messaging service, and remove our HMRC authorisation.
Once this is deleted and removed the information is not recoverable and if you do decide to use our services again you would need to register as a new customer and repeat the sign up process.
